Field Formatter Editable | Drupal.org - Allows site administrators to make any field to be editable in the Manage Display settings page.

Query UI (QUI) - A report generation tool that utilizes Drupal's Dynamic Queries API to build/execute queries.

Readmore.js - Restrict arbitrary elements to be a certain height, if they are more than the limit then a show more/close link is displayed which toggles the height from shortened to full view.
