Interesting New Modules and Themes
Restrict Node Display - Allows you to replace the "Full content" view mode for one or more content types with another view mode. This change is controlled by a Drupal permission allowing you to, for example, display "full content" to registered site users but only "teaser" content to anonymous users.
Views Contextual Filter - Entity Fields - Provides a new default argument handler with the label "Field value from current entity". Once selected, you can choose the field to fetch the default value from.
CRM Core Donation - Extends CRM Core by adding the ability to process online donations and track donation activity.
Generate Errors - Generate Errors is a module that provides an user interface for developer to manually generate errors. The selected error will occur only once, allowing a developer or systems administrator to test system behaviors, such as custom error messages from the server and so forth.

Preferred Active Menus - Provides an easy way of customizing the order of preference for active menus when the active trail is built. Menus can also be disabled from taking part in the active trail.
Feeds: Meetup - Adds a new parser for Feeds module that makes it possible to parse and import Meetup events.
Routing Hijack - Attempts to show how you can hijack the entire routing system of Drupal 8 w/o even letting drupal begin processing the request object. Could be super useful.
Simple aggregation - A simple CSS aggregation module for Drupal 7 that reduces the number of aggregated files that core produces.
